Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year celebrations sent thoughts of health and dieting right out the window for many of us at Smith Mountain Lake. As a result, one of the more common New Year Resolutions is to get back on the road to healthy eating and to improve our over-all well being.
Community programs are in place to aid us in any healthy resolves we may have made. The list below will have something to help anyone in need of a fresh start or who is making a continued effort to improve their health.
